Did you/do you feel the same way?
That’s why I put together an enjoyable summer reading list for this edition of "Shark Bites." These are all books Penny and I have personally read and think would make for light, but fun, summer reading. Great for planes (we'll be rereading a few on our numerous flights), long afternoons at the park or beach, and when you don't want to turn off the lights just yet.

Arguably one of the best books I've read this year was Peter Benchley's "Shark Life." Yeah, JAWS Peter Benchley! It was entertaining and had a great overlying plot. The author balanced big topics with a great "takeaway message."
The new book(s) will be announced the 4th of September, allowing you (and I) time to settle into a new school year (and moving, haha). Until then, I'll be adding discussion questions to the Sarasota Fins Facebook page, as well as our tumblr.
I also encourage you to send us your reviews!
Do you have any book recommendations for me?! I need to build out my own summer reading list!
